Dreamcatchers and Mobiles - Shop
As the legend goes the dream catcher was used by the Woodland Indians and was hung in the lodge (near the bedroom window in modern times).
Its use was to catch-all dreams, good or bad. The bad dreams would get caught up in the webbing and be held there till first light then burned off. The good dreams were caught in the centre of the dream catcher and filtered down into the feathers to be held there to return another night to be dreamed.
It is advisable not to hang these items in direct sunlight as it can fade the colours of the feathers
